I would like to have a career in aircraft sales and leasing. How do I break into this field? I have many years of sales and management experience, but none in this new field. How can enter this exciting field, and what can I expect to earn if I make it to the top? Thanks in advance. Also, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If I were to lease an airplane to somebody for her own personal use would I be required to keep insurance on the aircraft or would the lessee be entirely responsible for the aircraft?
